I told y'all I'm crazy. My dr put me on Benzos & referred me to a psychiatrist. 🥺

@Tumbleweed that sucks, i know the feeling. Im taking Amitriptyline right now. Life gets tough sometimes. Its not your fault.

@Tumbleweed That's the one I was taking. Make sure you don't drink alcohol while on it. I had to stop taking it because it was causing me to want to drink more often. It's not for everyone.

@GuyWithOpinions I'm on three other anxiety meds already, now this one too...

@Tumbleweed oh, well. Maybe you could talk to a psychologist rather than a psychiatrist for another opinion or some help? The meds are just supposed to be an aid while you solve the problem not the solution to the problem.(depending on the cause i guess)

My xgf was put on a ton of meds for a long time but still had to deal with her trauma alone so it never really healed.
