What is a benzo btw? I've had a few chances to try meds for my anxiety but I'm so anxious, (who knew lol) of side effects.

@Coralmist I take ativan to deal with my terminal cardiopulmonary disease, valium is another one.

@Tumbleweed Ask for lorazepam, generic ativan, I take 0.5mg twice a day, 12 hours apart, it helps me tremendously
