Today might not be a good day for my poor man 😔

His mental illness seems to be getting to him today. I noticed a few points yesterday and the day before where he seemed to be struggling. We may need to cancel our plans to go to the cinema today, but it’ll be alright if need be. His mental health comes first. 🫂
