I cry for hours every night, and then I have dreams of trying to take care of new born babies but I keep accidentally breaking their necks

and dropping them, and then I’ll start eating hair in the dreams. And I wake up before my alarm every morning to cry some more.
I am not ok.
And trying to pretend I’m ok is so exhausting
