Sounds like a therapist would be the best option. SW is good for venting, but to actually solve your over-trusting issue is going to require a professional

Local charities are always a good bet for free therapy. Checking your local council website (or however it works where you're from) is also helpful because it'll give you options of what youre eligible for in terms of resources.

Sounds like you need to be handled with care. There are all sorts of pieces of advice I could give, but others will get to them. Finding people you can trust, setting boundaries, etc. But despite that, it it just sounds like you're miserable and need to be treated better.
