I'm struggling right now

I have depression, my mom knows, I was recently diagnosed, but she didn't change the way she treats me at all. Anyway. She asked me to wash the dishes since yesterday or the day before. I didn't. Because I can't. I don't have the power to. She doesn't care though. Both my parents have always been like that. I don't know how to tell her I can't do the dishes and that I want to ask her if she could do them. I almost never before have asked her to do anything for me and I'm unsure how to make her understand.
Can someone please help?

Well, I'm not going to do the dishes... if that's what you mean.

@MarkPaul What do you mean?

@Mary21 I mean, if you are looking for someone else to do the dishes... that won't be me. I have big and important things to do... and that's not doing dishes.

@MarkPaul I'm not making you do them, don't worry

@Mary21 Oh, okay. In that case... yeah... I will help.

@MarkPaul Pfft, I don't get what you're thinking man, you're so random

@Mary21 OMG... let me spell this out for you...

1. Doing the dishes is what girls need to learn how to do... through practice.
2. Do one dish at a time and it won't be so bad.
3. Stop being so dramatic all the time.

@MarkPaul God, that really helps, just don't ever say that to anyone else again, especially if they have fucking depression

@Mary21 What did I do? I was only trying to help. And, I know what depression is like.
