Hate myself

I relapsed and I’m so mad at myself. I found a way to justify it because I’m so overwhelmed. I’ve cant stop cry 😭 lol

@Shayshy96 I know it's hard but you did it before and you can do it again! You know how to do it. Nobody is judging you. Everybody has failed before. You'll get over this rough spot. It'll just be a faded memory in time.
