I relapsed and I’m so mad at myself. I found a way to justify it because I’m so overwhelmed. I’ve cant stop cry 😭 lol

@Shayshy96 No one wants you to be mad at yourself. Its gonna be ok. You get up and try again. What matters is you don't quit.
