Hate myself
I relapsed and I’m so mad at myself. I found a way to justify it because I’m so overwhelmed. I’ve cant stop cry 😭 lol

My sobriety date is September 13 2023. i know i felt ashamed, disappointed, self hatred and many more unpleasant emotions when i relapsed. as a former addict i know what its like to be harder on ourselves than other ppl are. its just a setback. try to keep your head up and fight like the champ you are. my inbox is always open..
