Do you ever not respond to friends because you feel like you can’t and then they keep texting and it goes on too long

and at this point you’re riddled with guilt and you’ve ignored texts saying like “please let me know if you’re ok” and you have no idea what you’re supposed to say because nothing you say will excuse you just shutting everyone out for a week?
