im about to start panicking bc I think I might be manic

it doesn’t feel like how it always does. Im supposed to sleep. I cant. I don’t really want to. I want to practice my halloween makeup. Im literally forcing myself to stay in bed and not do my makeup

Nah, don't panic

Sometimes our circadian rhythm/sleep cycle or maybe our tiredness is a little outta whack but we bounce back easily with some sinple training (exactly what you're doing now by practicing to force the body to not be stimulated rn)

It will go away after a lil while so don't really worry to hard yo
