It is not a competition but your rage is actually calm compared to mine.
Same to many who responded to this thread.
I can safely say that on this site, my rage is the worst. I am really hell when angry. No one can deal with it.
I isolate. There is nothing else I can do.
Anger is one thing, even uncontrollable anger...you can do things to move on from it or let it pass through you without obsessing over retaliation. It id painful.
Rage is different, it is when all my thoughts and body movement is about homocide or suicide. I have zero empathy when that happens and there is no appealing to my affection. No love just chaos.
