Insanity that can result in a well toned body.
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@SweetMae It's a nice insanity to have.
Miram · 31-35, F
Idk why you complain. Bouncing breasts is good show.
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP

@SatanBurger Same. My whole life I beem that way too. The only way I can sleep notmal hours is if I exhaust myself.to the bone. Yet, every weekend when I get off I go right back into it. Being laid off for awhile and it takes weeks to get my ssleep schedule back in order when worl starts again. My body always wants to go to this 9am to 10amish to 8pmish sleep schedule. Qhen I able to do it, I feel on fire. Normal sleep schedule? I always feel sluggish and mopy during noon and midday reguardless of how my bight time sleep schedule has been.

@SatanBurger @SatanBurger Kinda unreasonable really. I get the dream but nowhere could function lile that. No job really allows for that. Not just customer service. Artist, writer, or programmer at home is really all that gets away with that.
MethDozer · M
@SatanBurger i would hate that schedule myself. I don't even really taking my lunch because it is just more of my day going to work. The three hour break would just be work taking 3 hours of not being paid for me. I would just be waiting doing norhing waiting to go to work again.

I have yet to see anyone running and looking like they`re enjoying themselves. To me they look like they`re in agony. 🙄
GJOFJ3 · 61-69, M
When you run, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine. It’s nature’s safest high
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@GJOFJ3 If they are happy I certainly can't see it in their faces. 😬 Or does it come only after they finish?
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
The fact even tourists do that... like you're on a holiday?? I return from a night out early in the morning and I see people have woken up on a Sunday at this time for a run? Psychos.
@HannibalAteMeOut Even I'M not that masochistic.

I started walking a few miles a day in the 70’s and people I knew would stop and offer me a ride thinking it was because I didn’t have a car to drive. Some of them look puzzled and some looked hurt because I didn’t accept their offer of a ride….after I told them I was walking for exercise. One woman said I was “brave”…😂
MethDozer · M
@cherokeepatti I get that a lot too. I enjoy walking. A lot of times when someome finds out I walked wherever I go they give this shocked reaction and make a huge point that they would have given me a ride. Like they are almost insulted or distressed I didn't ask. Sorta as if it's like I don't think they we are friends enough to feel I could ask. I always have to insists I did it by choice and I am aware I just needed to ask if I really needed the ride.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@MethDozer Can you imagine back in the 70’s though if they are doing that now?
Straylight · 31-35, F
I’ll think of you when I go for my morning runs. 😘
MethDozer · M
@Straylight You're thinking about me😏😘

It's good practice for when the end does come - they can beat us all to the Volcano....
I like running but not enough to do it whens its too warm outside.
bijouxbroussard · F
I can’t do it, but I admire the results. Power walking looks even funnier, but it’s also good exercise. And it costs nada, unlike the gym. 🏃🏽♀️

I hate the people that think they need to run marathons on holidays
MethDozer · M
@SkeetSkeet I hate people who feel it is okay to get in the way of traffic or pedestrians because they feel stopping and waiting will kill them or something.
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
I've always hated cardio.
MethDozer · M
@basilfawlty89 It's better on an machinn in air conditioning
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
@MethDozer true, but I prefer lifting. Plus long distance running sucks ass.
MethDozer · M
@basilfawlty89 I prefer just working for exercise.
