Yes. I often find it difficult to make a connection. The conversation ends up being one-sided or it becomes clear that they're not that interested in me. 😕

absolutely. It's one reason I don't talk much now (IRL) , you share something, get a 2 word response then they start telling you a story about something they deem as similar or just whatever they think is interesting at the time.

Yes all through my life I’ve had people who didn’t have a clue about what was going on. They thought they did and would make trite comments like it was nothing. Because they had a different background and family situation. I think they don’t want to think too deeply about it.

Yes but mostly it's that I have no one I can talk to about what's going on. It would be nice to have a good friend to talk to

i prefer helping people with their problems because they always seem less difficult than my own.
