Practice self compassion and maybe try some affirmations. You鈥檙e allowed to believe in yourself and to feel good about yourself. You鈥檙e worthy of friendship and there is much you have to offer the world.
Allow yourself to be flawed and recognise that everyone else is deeply flawed too.
Short version - imagine everyone in their underwear 馃榿

@HazyDayz I can't imagine that because it creates a different set of issues XD

I feel like I'm all flaws :/

Your problem is fretting over making a good first impression to other people..

Why not try just relaxing and being yourself.. If someone like you as you are then you win big because you don't have to try and spend the rest of your life keeping up the act of being someone who you are not.. It's easy when people like you for you.. Little to no stress is required in being yourself..

@Adstar Good advice. It's something I have tried before, and it resulted in me worrying about whether I seemed relaxed and myself enough. I think my brain is just anxiety-riddled.
I think directing the attention back to them with compliments makes the problem easier to accept..

bought sun glasses and they really helped eventually it stopped my anxiety. the problem comes back later.

@Jabulani I see. Might have to try that (although wearing a mask does make wearing glasses difficult)
