Decide that you're going to get up and do it. You're already awake.
1.Sit on the edge of your bed.
2.Take a deep breath in...exhale out. Stretch your arms high to the sky...hold for 5 seconds and bring them back down.
3.Think of three things you're thankful for. This may be difficult to do, it can be anything.
4.Now on your feet.
5.Walk.
5.Get dressed.
6.Go outside, get some fresh air, soak up some sunshine. Be kind to yourself.
