Today is better I guess.

Slept for 7-8 hours not full. Woke up from 2hrs sleep from 10pm to 12am Fell asleep 4:30am to 7:30am. Another 2hrs. Got 45 minutes 10am to 10:45 am Then lastly 3hrs 12pm to 3pm Not the best tbh but i I feel better thank past days, I mean my body...

@Jasmine2026 That's for yesterday only not the previous days. I stopped my self from forcing myself to not sleep until 10pm because I feel shit.
