You have my sympathy I haven't slept through the night for years, I know how frustrating it can be.

I can't even remember the last time I slept through the night. I believe it was medication induced and on that basis it would have been over 6 years ago.

@Kuronekko They're the lucky ones... here, free bus passes for the elderly don't start until after 9.30am - and they are tethered on where they can travel to now.

Getting older is weird.
I took on more work thinking that i would also sleep better, (as well as earn more). Nope. Now i sleep even less. It makes no sense.
Ive given up worrying about it and just listen to more podcasts.
