How Often Do You Have Nightmares?

@AnointedOne very, it started after watching a Freddy movie, i was early teens i think, maybe 12,, i was never allowed to watch those kind of movies at home, but at a D&D sleepover that's what we watched before we went to sleep; I've had the exact same nightmare 5 times since then, except for the last 15 years....??

@SilkandLace2 When I was a kid I was not allowed to watch Freddy, but would watch alittle from the stairs as my parents watched it. I had a series of Freddy Krueger dreams. Until the last one where he killed me by throwing down a basement staircase. Growing up now I think it must have been a demon, maybe one the movies was actually about. I find what your saying so interesting because I’ve never met anyone else who had a series of Freddy Krueger dreams.

@AnointedOne oh yeah, it was "normal" but crazy at the same time; i couldn't run fast enough to get away from him, but then it became me running through my hometown, the normal landscape but somehow undead? Empty fields, were full of writhing corpses, the apartment complex on the corner full of undead vendors, rot and stink; oddly enough i now live a block away🥴🤯
