Which sleep position helps you fall asleep the fastest?
Sometimes I sleepy on my side, but if I wanna fall asleep super quick I just lie down on my belly and I knock out. It’s the best.

I can lay on my back to help get me tired but its rare i fall asleep on amything kther than one kf my sides
