Why do I sleep so much more now than I used to?
I'm wondering if it's a cross between a few things, just being in bad health and my body requires more sleep to heal. I'm a smoker, and I'm diabetic, plus I'm getting older. I used to rarely take naps, maybe once ever month or two. Now I could take one almost every day. Today I took 2!! (I'm almost 47, not the age it shows on here)
