I don't sleep well and it's making me feel kind of sick

I sleep with my humidifier nightly.
I have purchased magnesum glycinate for sleep.
I stretch before bed.

I am often drowsy and it's just really not fun.

it's not even 2pm and I need a nap

Some swear by Melatonin short term. Can you listen to music on low volume? Have you tried passion flower tea? That always worked for me. You steep it for 15 minutes. If you cannot sleep after 20 minutes, get up. Do something quietly until you feel drowsy again. Nap only for 30 minutes during the day. Do you eat properly?

@PoetryNEmotion I cannot sleep on melatonin. It makes me extremely drowsy but I do not fall asleep.
I haven't tried that tea, I've tried others. I try to eat properly.
