on what side do you sleep?

I prefer (feel more comfortable), sleeping on my right

I get deeper sleep though if I sleep on my left- and I also feel less warm

@emily67 If you sleep on your right side you are more likely to have episodes of acid reflux (heartburn).

“Sleeping on your left side, evaluating and treating snoring or sleep apnea, and reducing carbonated beverages, caffeine, alcohol and heavy meals close to bedtime, are all known to help reduce symptoms of GERD.”

"sleeping on your left side, specifically, could help the flow of blood to your heart. When your heart pumps blood out to your body, it gets circulated and then flows back to your heart on the right side, Winter explains. If you sleep on your right side, the pressure of your body smashes up against the blood vessels that return to your ticker, but “sleeping on your left side with your right side not squished is supposed to potentially increase blood flow back to your heart.”
