I have crazy sleep patterns.

My recent set up was.. waking up 12 midnight sleep at 4AM wake up at 8AM then sleep at 12NN wake up 2PM then sleep at 8PM…or can sleep for only an hour and awake for the whole day. On some days, I sleep at 11PM and start my day on 4AM. or that would change to 10PM sleep to 11AM the next day. I keep changing my sleep patterns, I’m no young and ain’t pampered at all..my drive to do things and relaxation seems interchangeable and will make what is convenient for me. Right now I do things I can’t do not when my contract is effective, that will be in few days I will have a more fvck up schedule. Hopefully will get rid of people who are telling me that I am not normal lol I really don’t want to be normal.. like waking up at 6 going home from work at 5 and sleep early all for the sake of work..wearing tight trousers and end up stinky for 8 hours and get paid minimum..lol I will never do that to myself surely I will dread and regret. The more I own my life, the way I love it.
Most people find that regular sleep pattern works best for them in terms of most energy and feeling good. But the idea of a single night's sleep is fairly recent development in human history - in the past it was common for people to have two sleeps - they would go to bed earlier and wake up for a couple of hours or so and then go to sleep again. So go with what feels right for you.

Fortunately my job doesn't require me to wear tight trousers. 🤪

@CheekyBadger I have problems with excitement and getting overwhelmed… Or that feeling that work has so much control over me.. so I choose the job that I allow to control over me lol but never like those who have 8AM-5PM jobs demanding bosses with small pay, I will never forgive myself then retire after 20-30 years the same pattern and end up free but old!! .. I really pity.
@Sepia i haven't had a permanent job since 2003, i work for myself and try to do 3 days a week, although that hasn't been successful last few years as have been doing 5 days

@CheekyBadger That depends on the value of work if it is worth the effort.. In my country, if you are employed esp in private company that eats your time and life isn’t worth working while you can earn five times more with a job that you can manage the time.
