I'm very self conscious about whoever has seen me sleep.
I like to sleep with my hands in my pants. AND underneath my underwear 😂. I know what it looks like, but it's comforting to just cup it or play with the tiny hairs 😂

There is something comforting about cupping yourself under the covers. I do it too
I don't see anything wrong with that. Comfort is where you find it.
