My new sleeping schedule

movie (or 2 episodes)

nap (which could turn into a 5+ hr sleep)

and repeat

this will allow me to take less sleeping pills but my doc mustn't know, i should have at least 50 of them when i need to check out for good.

Warm tea helps as well, makes u sleepier. But make sure it's not black tea,that one has caffiene
