I can't sleep and now my jaw and neck are all seized up from the annoyance of not being able to sleep.

@Mooed78 you can lie flat and place it under your neck on the sides to relieve tension. you can also place it between your shoulder blades and spine. feels good, relives tension, releases endorphins, calms the parasympathetic nervous system, would even lead to a more relaxed jaw. avoid spine and joints
