I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

I try to get a full night of sleep, but it just doesn't seem to happen. For one reason or another i just wake up at god knows what time and I have a hard time falling back to sleep. This s*** happens for 3 reasons.

1. I need some water, even when I'm not thirsty
2. I have weird dream that turn into nightmares
3. My fire dept. pager goes off and i have to go on an emergency

There's no pattern to it at all and i don't think I'm gonna fall back into a normal sleep schedule. Maybe i should just start taking sleeping pills or something. 馃槾

You might try a melatonin supplement. Very cheap. It's like 4 bucks for a 3-6 month supply. I like the chewables. Melatonin is the natural chemical your brain releases at the end of your circadian rhythm and when nighttime comes. Better than a sleeping pill.

Won't give you a hangover, either. Unless you take too much.

Try melatonin (pills seem to work better than the gummies) Naturally produced by the body, just sometimes there isn't enough. Sounds like that could be an issue for you.
