@SethGreene531 Is this since the Pandemic or was it before? Must admit I've never been a very good sleeper but it's got worse since Covid.

No, it's kind of always been that way. Come midnight, that's when my brain wants to mull over every conceivable thing in the universe.
But COVID has really dominated people's anxieties, my sympathies.
As if our nightmares needed any fuel.
