I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

Lol, I always fall asleep at the most random times and places; On benches, in the library, sitting upside down on the couch. I CLEARLY need more sleep

This may sound random, but have you ever had a sleep study done to see if you are sleeping "productively" ? Not all people with sleep apnea are heavy; getting a CPAP can make all the difference in the world.
