I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

To be fair, I don't think I ever had a sleep schedule to begin with.

I'm in kinda vicious circle... Every morning I have to wake up at 6:30... I'm working till the noon... after that I sleep almost the whole day and can't sleep at night until 4 am... and again :D
