I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

Just 2 days of sleep deprivation and I have so many random bursts of intense sleepiness. Don't know how I had survived in college when the sleep schedule was worse for months. Right now, all i keep seeing everywhere is the floor lol. I could just sleep right now here, but can't, not atleast for a few hours more.
Sleep and rest are so essential. Sound mind in a sound body? Now I understand that completely lol.

Sometimes is what he eat. That screws up are body clock. Just try to make more time in the day for sleep
