I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

Tonight for the second night in a row I cannot sleep.
The last 2 days have been very taxing on me because of my job.
As I lie here in my bunk tonight I am listening to my favorite song to sleep to...I'm hoping it helps. I just want to share it in case it might help others sleep or at the very least relax.

You might consider practicing some meditation before you go to sleep . that's absolutely a beautiful dreamy song 🎶
