This happens to me regularly, so I propose three possible solutions.
1) you pull an all nighter and go to sleep at the correct time.
2) you take enough sleeping drugs to tranquilized a horse.
3) you force your body to sleep by removing all forms of entertainment from your bedroom. (Phone, laptop and tablet are the big no noes)
