I Love Psychology

Don't embrace a label. They exist but only like absolutes and a way to interpret a part of a complex reality.
Much more if you have psychological issues, avoid them as hell, and mainly don't share with others. There are people who will interpret each one of your acts and much worse, will try to read you according to this label.

Whilst I don't like labels as like you say they push toward the polarity view... However for some who've struggled to find a home, friends etc they can help them feel accepted in their identity so I allow others to label themselves if they wish to

@Nunos50: Here, we are introduccing a second person. I talk about oneself. I can't do anything about what other people do or want to do. If they need it or are happy with it, go ahead.
