Feeling like everyone you know ends up hating you, using you as a scapegoat, and trying to ruin your life—including your love life or marriage—is deeply painful. It hurts not only because of what others do, but also because of what it ultimately tells you: that there's "something wrong with you," that you don't deserve healthy relationships, or that you're doomed to always experience the same thing. That emotional burden is enormous, and no one should have to carry it alone.
