That is my excuse too. I'd rather be alone than with someone that is going to cause me to go to therapy just to be with them.

@SW-User I already go to therapy anyway so I know that one. But I don't need more psychological trauma from a bad relationship. Also good article. I like Psychology Today. And I agree standards need to change. Like due to growing up with so much toxic masculinity I am literally afraid of a lot of men. Heck if I met me I'd be afraid of me too. lol
