It seems to me - and take a ride with me for a moment - that if you wanted to quietly exit the play, it's a lot easier to accomplish by not announcing it on the internet. My hunch is that you're looking to kill whatever it is in you that's causing your distress. And that's a much more manageable option.
There's a reason you're in-patient right now. You know this more than anyone; rather than dialing up the defiance and dismissal, what if you used this time to reflect on the things you want in your life, where you currently are, and the bridge you need to build to span the two points. Take what's valuable there, leave the rest. But if you avail yourself to the opportunities, you might find you can pick up some tools that'll help you down the road. And no matter how adversarial it may feel, I promise there's at least one person there who truly, deeply hopes for your better life and can help you take that journey.
Good luck. No storm rages forever; hang on, hunker down, take cover if you need to. Just know this - when the sun comes back out, and it does, you'll never appreciate the good weather as in that moment. Do the work now for the better days later. Don't give up; what if you only have to hold out for one more dark night?
