I Love Psychology

I have personality psychological issues. I mean that I already developed since a kid self-defence mechanisms that are ingrain in my personality. It means...the cure is pretty difficult. You can’t change what is part of your personality.
I’m done with psychotherapy. They did all what they can do.
Yes, these personality traits suck my daily day.
Did you see some kind of improvement with psychotherapy for your personality traits that affect your daily life? If so, what kind of therapy was it? I’m a little stuck, misbelief...and how tell it better, frustrated.

I cannot say that psychotherapy made me change my personality traits (I don't think they can be changed, it would mean being a different person), but it really helped me to know myself better, know where they come from, where the root of them lay (a low self-esteem), and to prevent behaviours related to them that could ruin my life.

@Cierzo I see what you mean.
You explained it very well.
