how should i respond to someone who uses the word ' can't ' in their reply to my post
let me explain; i suffer with bouts of paranoia sometimes, i've suffered paranoia since age 16, i'm in my late 40s now...anyway the paranoia i get makes me misinterpret what people say or write and think they mean other things, than what they said or wrote.
yesterday some woman my age answered my post and used the word ' can't' in her reply, and i think when someone uses the word ' can't' they're really telling me they think or perceive that ' i can't do something'? or they're insinuating that i'm being prevented from doing what i want by other people?
so when someone uses the word ' can't ' sometimes i think they mean, that they're insinuating ' i can't do something'? then i feel really angry at that person because of what my paranoia is making me think?
when that woman used the word can't on my post yesterday, i replied to her and asked her was she insinuating that i can't do something? but she never responded again or explained herself, which made me feel more upset.
any thoughts about this? i hope you understand and can help.
