I am done with therapists and mental health professionals.

Somehow they are the most disingenuous people I have ever known.

And I don't really care why, I've trusted too many and been let down by every single one, it doesn't matter why.

What matters is I stay away from them so they don't make things worse.

@mindstruggle it has happened so many times, I thought I finally find the right person and the right treatment and she pulled it all out from under me after all that hard work.

I don't know what to do.

But thank you. I'm gonna go away. Hopefully I can find help some day.
