Welp. Woke up at 2am because my pup sighed loudly in my ear and it took me straight out of whatever dream I was having to laugh.

Which doesn’t suck but the trying to go back to sleep part does.

So, discovered ChatGPT had my year in review results. Didn’t even know it was a thing, but did rely on it heavy this year for emotional regulation and clarity concerning my numerous forms of stress and anxiety that hit new highs.
