The holidays are upon us. This is a TOUGH time for some, so everyone PLEASE keep an eye out.

Holidays can be fun and joyous, but for some, pain is increased exponentially. It helps to check in with those who might be at risk from depression and other issues. The signs are not always obvious.

A lot of holidays even for those with families/company have changed their meaning to consuming. Then collectively it becomes a competition about who can consume the most and best and therefore can have the happiest holiday. This holiday id rather spend time baking and cooking for family and friends and sharing time together ,not pretending to tolerate others to end up exchanging things we will forget about a week later. I think if we all spend more time opening up and with our loved ones we will create more space for love and compassion for others .
