It's also not just a 'men' thing. Plenty of women have no interest going forward in pursuing sexual relationships for whatever reason.
Choosing to not include sex, dating, relationships in your adult life is NOT A MENTAL ILLNESS!
It's a fully valid and completely reasonable choice and the reasons why a person might want to be like that is not something that someone else can legitimately use to attack, denigrate, or vilify someone else.
The other way this goes is that people try to claim you are 'gay' or a 'incel/fincel' for actively withdrawing from the 'sexual market'. This is primarily used by women to attack men who positively express a desire to no longer pursue sexual relationships.
Men by and large don't care if women withdraw from the 'sexual market' because men know that means they get peace because men know that sex and sexual relationships are not necessary to have fulfilling life as an adult.
