Starting EDMR in a few weeks.

I'm excited and nervous. I'm very ready. The timing is awful but I think I understand my life is balls to the wall or nothing at all. I've loved these demons but it's time to set them free and move on. It frightens me. But I realize I need to let go and change. I really want to.

That is not anything in my current budget
and I am so happy for anyone who is benefiting from any therapy and you are one of my fav SW peeps, so, I`ll be quite STOKED if you see positive movement in your life, as a result of EMDR.

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON my regular therapist just became certified, so it's not anything extra or special.

I'm hoping I can handle it and have some success. Thank you!
