What kind of things do you do to improve your mental health ??

I avoid the news, I don't watch soaps and dramas on tv and i distance myself from drama queen types who like to rant all the time.
I love to spend my spare time hiking, camping, cycling, doing photography, walking my dog, it keeps me away from the media that's been a loop of depressing doom and gloom since covid.

Stay away Narcissists. Which means setting strong boundaries and reinforcing them.

Detach emotionally and analyze situations instead of awfulizing about them.

Pray when I encounter problems.
