You might have seen these chewing gum adverts if youre in the UK

They say "Quiet you mind-mouth, chew our gum(i forget the brand)."

But I was wondering if that works for you, does it quiet your brain when you chew gum?

This could be helpful for people with OCD (which I am one of) and maybe certain other disorders.

Never noticed that myself. Not seen the ads, but I rarely see any these days. It would be good if some mental health distress can be calmed in such a straightforward way.

No, you need a mind-mouth on your forehead so you can feed the chewing gum directly into your brain and it take instant effect.

If you put em in your body-mouth you'll need to shovel 3 or 4 packets worth down for enough of the tranquilliser in each gum to get around the body and wind up in your brain🤷🏼‍♀
