Feeling overwhelmed

Over the past few months now I've finally found a group of doctors that are willing to help me. But over this time I've had a lot of med changes, new treatment plans and a lot of information thrown at me. It's very hard to keep it all straight. Especially if Joel isn't at my appointment. I've been struggling with a lot of brainfog as well.

So today my sleep doctor helped use look over and organize all my notes and med changes from. She even spoke with my neurologist and therapist. She couldn't reach my heart doctor but Joel was at that appointment. So now I have the most current outline of my meds!

Omgosh I am so sorry about the brainfog. I wish I could help you feel better. It's really hard to cope with brainfog. I have days where I can hardly function. My doctor has been working with me too. So, this place has been such a blessing for me. It has helped keep my mind active. I really hope your doctors can get to the root of everything. Hang in there! 🫂🌸💚
@Promises yeah it can get pretty bad some days. I use post-it notes on the fridge to help. Once I've done something I throw the note away. It helps me keep track and remember everything I need to do. I also put alarms on my phone. Like for my noon meds id forget about them everyday if I didn't. And yes this place helps too. It helps me just writing everything out in my head.
