I accidentally startled my dad earlier and he almost punched me. It's his reaction since he used to get hit as a kid.

He stopped himself, lost his balance, and I helped him catch his stance and hugged him.

That’s true, isn’t it ? People are really supportive—until you seem dangerous. 😳
