Me having conversations with Alzheimer's Patients at work ...

Just warms my heart.

Anne: Have you seen my mother? (Anne's 99 years old)

Me: No not today but i'm sure she's thinking about you right now.

Anne: (with a huge smile) says that is so nice!

Anne: is it cold outside?

Me: No! But i can order some snow and have it delivered here by Christmas

Anne : (With the biggest smile ever) thank you! And then she hugs me.

Moments like this makes it all worthwhile!

You’re an angel. It’s the saddest work I can think of

@SmoKin it's sad but I have so many happy moments with them as well one of my previous clients, a male, was crying one day I was like what's wrong Karl, he says i'm pregnant and I can't take care of a baby I was hugging him dying laughing 😂😂😂 I kept explaining to him your are a man it just wasn't registering I finally told him it will be okay I will be there with him every step of the way 🤣
